Our thanks to all who came to Inspire 2016 and for the many supportive comments made throughout the weekend to the various teams. Below are some comments from those who attended in 2016

  • The worship was anointed from the outset of the conference by leaders who were humble in delivery and enabled the Spirit of God time to speak and minister to the needs of His people. Simply WOW.
  • The morning bible study by Ben was authentic, relevant and delivered in a confident yet humble manner. Simply AMAZING.
  • Whilst the speakers were not the BIG names one would usually expect at New-Wine the content of each seminar I attended and evening talk was interesting, thought provoking and equipping for our churches back home. Simply INSPIRING.
  • The use of the trainee ordinands for leading each of the morning and evening sessions was an inspired idea, they brought a fresh approach to each new day and it was a joy to have them in our presence. Mark Carey (HUNGRY venue) was a beautiful, humble and gracious mentor to these young people – it was like watching a Father tenderly instruct his children. If the future of the Church is in the hands of these young people then our children are in safe and exciting hands Simply GRACIOUS.
  • The size of the site made it easy to move around and the stewards looked after it well. Having fewer people gave rise to an intimacy both with God and each other. Simply FAB!
  • Thank you for the privilege of being on team with the 0 to 11 year olds.
  • My time on the children’s 5 to 11 team has been a highlight of my summer, I have experienced Gods blessing an overall sense of peace and being loved.
  • I have so enjoyed worshipping as leaders before and after each days activities, having New Wine leaders come to the venue to encourage and support the team I found particularly strengthening. The opportunity to pray at the end of the evening was a great blessing to me. I did not manage to get to any of the events so the kindness to offer prayer was greatly appreciated. I found having a main meal at lunch time gave me strength and again blessed me. A great help not to have to worry about food.
  • The main leaders Jenny and Becky were remarkable, with Jenny being a strong support and constant encourager. Their passion to bring the message of Gods love and to recognise the presence of Jesus with us, gave the whole children’s work a joy and atmosphere of love. Everyone was welcomed warmly with wonderful activities that suited the age range, so maximum participation took place with the children at the end of the 4 days singing and dancing while they were waiting to come into the venue.
  • There were areas that needed to be considered, some activities may be done differently, the 5 to 11 year olds are a very large age group to keep together and manage in one marquee. The amazing way this was done highlighted Jenny and Becky’s skills and sheer determination to honour God.
  • We had the opportunity to share as a team each debrief this gave freedom to express feelings and be listened to, Jenny, Becky and Jenny, were gracious and willing to learn, constantly encouraging and appreciative of all that was done.
  • I hope that the leaders are greatly encouraged in their ministry, they have given so freely of their time, energy and faith filled lives.
  • The children had a most wonderful time, rain, wind and muddy campsites all added to the adventure, hopefully inspiring them to be the beautiful children God has created them to be.
  • I hope to be on team again. Thank you.
  • As a church group we have come back feeling inspired and ready for action so we would like to say a BIG thank you to all who were involved in this event from the first inspiring ideas person to the last steward left on site to close the gate it has been a WONDERFUL TIME together as the family of God. May you be blessed and refilled as you return to your walk with the Lord back home.
